The ideal candidate:
- Must be 18+
- Must be ok and comfortable working with heights and on ladders/roofs
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work individually
- Excellent time management
- Experience is preferred but not required
- A valid Driver’s license
- Manual Dexterity: You will be required to kneel, reach, climb and balance on a regular basis
- Able to lift 50-70 lbs consistently
- Contribute to a fun and energetic environment that makes others excited to come into work
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients both in person and on the phone
- This position is responsible for performing window cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients as well as other services including gutter cleaning, pressure washing
- Ice dam steaming and roof shoveling (during winter months)
- Pressure washing siding, concrete, decks, and patios
- Must be able to climb ladders and work at height levels up to 32 feet as well as lift 65lbs
- Ensure 100% client satisfaction and escalate issues as needed
- Greet clients with a friendly attitude and notify clients of any pre-existing conditions with windows (seal damage, scratches, hard water stains, etc.) when performing on-site estimate
- Be respectful and courteous while working in every client’s home/office- moving furniture & window treatments back to original placement, turning off lights, taking off shoes, etc
